1. Assign the property: The property is assigned to PS360 from Reapit PM. Tenant and property details come across with it.
2. PS360 manages the compliance work: PS360 arranges the required service or inspection and completes the supporting documentation.
3. The completed records return: Certificates, compliance dates, supporting images and invoices are posted back to the relevant property in Reapit PM.
